Addressed a severe toilet blockage. Isolated the water supply and removed the toilet to access the drain line. Utilized a closet auger to clear a significant obstruction within the drain. Inspected the flange for damage and re-seated the toilet with a new wax ring, ensuring a proper seal. Tested flushing action to confirm complete restoration of flow.
Investigated a persistent leak at the base of a toilet. Disconnected the water supply and carefully removed the toilet. Discovered a failed wax ring and corroded closet bolts. Cleaned the flange surface and replaced the bolts and wax ring with new components. Re-installed the toilet, ensuring a level and secure fit. Restored water supply and verified a leak-free seal.
